Using HonestEcho

HonestEcho is a 360-degree feedback platform. By creating an account, you agree to use the service honestly and in good faith. You must not use HonestEcho to harass, defame, or harm others. You are responsible for ensuring that respondents you invite have a genuine relationship with you.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account is for one individual's personal use. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use automation to submit survey responses.

Payments

The full report is available as a one-time payment of $9 USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not offer refunds once a paid report has been generated and viewed, as the service has been delivered. If you have an issue with your payment, contact us and we will review it case by case.

Content and feedback

Respondents provide feedback voluntarily and anonymously. HonestEcho does not verify the accuracy of feedback. Report narratives are generated by AI and are intended as a starting point for reflection — not a definitive psychological assessment. Do not make major life or career decisions based solely on your report.

Availability

We aim to keep HonestEcho available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
