What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you run a 360 review, we store your self-assessment responses and the anonymous feedback submitted by respondents. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How respondent anonymity works

Respondents are identified only by a hashed token derived from their browser. Their email address is never stored in connection with their answers. Review owners cannot see who said what — only aggregated scores and anonymised quotes. We do not share individual respondent data with review owners under any circumstances.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to generate your feedback report. We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalised narrative content for paid reports — this means anonymised report data is sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
